Teaninich Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Aged 8 Years

This Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled and filled into a refill hogshead at teaninich distillery in the Scottish Highlands in 2015 then split into two small European oak Octave casks which had previously contained the ancient ‘Holy Wine’ of Tuscany, vin santo for a year-long period of secondary maturation. The whisky was then bottled at 55%.

The sweet Italian dessert wine has seasoned the oak to deliver a ‘finish’ of amaretti, caramel, charred raisins, sweet ripe fig and orange peel.

Only 133 bottles produced from casks no. 2911 and 2921.
